How can I replicate my W10 Start Screen on W11?

I may one those few people who really like the Live Tiles, and W11 start screen feels a step back. Although, I am not planning to buy a new laptop any time soon because I am waiting for Intel AlderLake Mobile CPU to hit markets, but if I upgrade, I will really miss my Win 10 Start menu. ==>



Is there a way to replicate this on my Windows 11?
