How can I restore my apps from the SD card?

I just restored my cellphone because of a bug.But before that, to keep my apps,I tried backing them up to the cloud,and a error appeared.So I decided to transfer the apps to my SD card, and then restored the cellphone.But now, my apps are listed in the "Others" fold in my SD card,and I don't know if it is possible to restore them.Is it?

NO, it's NOT - when you restored, the system lost the pointers to the apps.
That would come from a backup (which apparently, you don't have).

Posted earlier re: OTHER ... alternatively format the SDcard.
