Lumia 640 xl dual sim

Hi, I bought this phone today. Does anyone know, how can I easily set this phone in different profiles (modes), such as Silent, Discreet, Meeting, Vibrating, Loud etc.?

Sorry but there are no "modes". What are your use cases for those modes? For "meeting" you can have a calendar entry and have "quiet hours" automatically turn on.
