How can I set up speech to text in texting for Cantonese?

speech to text in texting - for cantonese

I got a question, I used to have iphone, and I can add a Chinese keyboard to it, so when I doing texting and I change keyboard to Chinese (Cantonese). At that moment, I can speak in Cantonese and it will type for me in Chinese.

Now I am using Lumia 640, and seem the there is no option for it, I did added Chinese language to it, even input method, and speech is Cantonese and still doesn't work, any idea?

My understanding is that the speech-to-text capabilities for keyboard input is coming with the Windows 10 for Mobile upgrades, but not all languages are available yet, and Windows 10 for Mobile has not yet been publicly released.
