how can solve the sad smiley?

in my lava iris win 1 windows phone shows sad smiley . with blue background. phone not working . how do solve this problem. pls give answer for this pblm.

Your phone's bootloader has gone bad. For Lumia phones, you can use the recovery tool to re-flash the handset. I doubt such a tool is available from Lava. Your best bet is to take it to a service centre.
