How can I stop my short cuts from deleting?

I am losing short cuts in my mobile some times due to below

Hi,

I am using Lumia 535.I am using two sims in that.Some times suddenly one new file\app is getting displayed in my phone with name like "@{Microsft.MSFileManger..." etc.At that time i am losing some of the shortcuts of my existing Apps.I even run the Antivirus scan but found no virus.

Are your apps stored in your SD Card? Check that yorur SD Card is still "healthy". You may visit this link for more information.
