how can i transer my app from one memory card to another memory card?

hi, my phone storage is full.and i have installed app on ext.sd card .now i want to transfer my app from one memory card to other memory card . how can i transfer app from one sd to another?

I don't think you can transfer apps from one memory card to another.

Transfer all your apps to phone memory. Unmount your old sd card mount your new sd card then again move all your apps to sd card
