How can i turn off touch screen on Windows 10 V 1607 for Surface Pro 3

i have a cracked screen, and the mouse always moves back to the crack in the screen

You'd have to navigate with the keyboard, if possible. You have to disable the touchscreen drivers on Device Manager (there are several drivers, but I don't own a SP3 so I don't know how many/which entries are there). Win+X menu -> Device Manager, the shortest way to get there. You might need to bing/google/DDG the correct entry because it might have a generic name (such as "HID-compliant bla bla bla").
