WPCentral Question
I'm currently using ATIV Odyssdy with Verizon label on it on South Korean carrier SK Telecom. When I tried turn the 'internet sharing(tethering)' function on, it says;
----------------------------
Connection not shared
To enable tethering on this device, go to verizonwireless.com or dial *611.
-----------------------------
I know Verizon don't want to let their customers with unlimited data plan use their laptops hooked up to their phone, but why do they limit devices using tethering technology that are not even on their network?
Is there anyone succeed in using tethering/Internet Sharing on Verizon-labled devices(Lumia 822, Ativ SE, Ativ Odyssey, etc) that are connected to other carriers?
