how can you download mp3 audio books to Lumia 640XL?

[Windows Central Question]

So far I have spent several hrs with AT&T as well as MS Lumia customer service with zero help. Have had phone only 5 days & this by far is my biggest mystery. I get my audio books from a library & overdrive media. Is there another format that this platform identifies ? Hope someone can help. Downloaded Switch Sound file converter. Did not work. Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

Sorry this post is a touch confusing.

Windows Phone recognises MP3 in the Groove music player so you can play them right from there.
