How can you get the Arabic Keyboard type Arabic Numerals?

The Arabic text works fine but numbers do not in any program or browser. I have Windows 10 and its a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop 5000 series.

What do you mean don't work? The computer can't read the Arabic Numbers ١٢٣ or it can't type it?
