How do I block an SMS based on its content?

I have Nokia Lumia 520.
I know how to set up "blocked SMS", but SMS spammers use a different number every time so it's of no help.
How can I block SMSs based on the text they contain (eg."life insurance", ""life cover", "funeral plan" etc)
Windows phone software developers - please design something we can install to help in this regard!

On windows 10 mobile, I can see an option to block calls from all unknown numbers - I don't know if this option exists for windows phone 8.1 users
