I would like to change my windows 10 back to 7; I know it can be done, but how?

Assuming you're in the 30 day rollback period you can do that in the Settings > Update Recovery section I think.

Or you can nuke the PC and reinstall 7.

Although I suspect most reasons for downgrading can be fixed first, so I would first try to talk about your problems with 10. Its likely whatever issues you're having aren't supposed to happen.
