How do I change my Microsoft account to Exchange / Office 365 account. WM 8.1?

Change Microsoft account to Exchange / Office 365 account. WM 8.1

I have a Nokia 920, running WM 8.1
When I set the phone up I used my Windows Live account.
I have now subscribed to Office 365. So I want to add an Exchange / Office 365 account.
But I have already used my email address (when I set the phone up)

How can I either:
1. delete the existing account on the phone. If I hold down on the account, the only option that appears is "Sync". There is no "delete" option.
2. change the existing account to an Exchange / Office 365 account

Just to clarify in the post above.....

The account name (email address) for my Windows Live account is the same as my Office 365 account.

I need to set up an Exchange account of my phone to sync with Outlook 2013 on my desktop (and vice versa)
