Did you try the volume up button during a phone call? Do you have the low volume with all callers? Maybe the caller's phone is bad or he/she holds the phone to far from his/her mouth. Is the phone new or was the volume good before? Maybe there is to much dust in the loudspeaker. If new and you are sure the problem is caused by the phone, then return it to the manufacturer...

to elaborate there is a separate volume setting for during calls you may be able to increase.
