How do I create a 6snap account?

Hi, when I go to "create account" for 6snap windows it does bit do anything and times out. I have tried my hotmail and live account and neither work, can anybody help? many thanks, Mikey

Cant get past the Create an account page.
No error message and no access to help
VERY frustrating!
