How do I default the text size on the Edge browser?

how do I default the text size on edge browser?

my desktop pc's edge browser is defaulted on 75%. I tried changing it, but it keeps going back even if I close the browser and start a new page.

my surface is also stuck on 175% which I'm okay with but damn its annoying.

ive played through settings. there's an option of Reading View Font size, and I change it and nothing.
