Because i've already forget all about my account information so i'm trying to remove microsoft account in my windowphone 8.1 but this work seems so difficult, could anyone advise me to solve this problem? thank you!

You cannot delete the Microsoft account you used to set up the phone without doing a factory reset.

To delete your Microsoft account, follow the below steps:

1. Click on the link.
2. If you’re prompted to sign in and/or verify your account, follow the instructions.
3. Check that the page shows the correct Microsoft account, then click “Next”.
4. Checkbox the instructions.
5. In the “Select a reason” drop-down list, choose the reason you’re closing the account.
6. Click “Mark” account for closure.
