How do I delete texts from a Microsoft Band?

"How to delete texts from a Microsoft Band."

I delete them from Windows Phone, but they don't delete on the Band. I know they have to be synced or something, but I don't know how to do that.

You can't delete specific texts from your band but if you have a windows phone there is an app called clear my band which deletes all the notifications from all the tiles in your band.
