Press and hold the Volume down and the Power button at the same time until the phone vibrates, it takes 10secs, when you feel the vibration, release buttons and then press and hold just the Volume down button until you see exclamation mark, when it appears releasde buttons again and then do this: Volume up, Volume down, Power, Volume down. Now your phone should restart and start the hard reset sequence.
