How do I edit Internet APN in Windows Phone 8.1 - Denim?

How to edit Internet APN in Windows Phone 8.1 - Denim

I can't access Internet on my Windows Phone 8.1 with Denim update because my mobile carrier requires to edit manually the internet APN and I can't find how to do that in WP 8.1 Denim.

Things that I've tried already:
- Go to Settings - mobile+SIM. There there is no "edit internet APN" button, only "view internet APN", which is a read-only screen of the APN details.
- Install Access Point. When I launch the app, I get this error message: "these settings are only available for earlier versions of Windows Phone, and won't work with this operating system".
- Tried to change something under Settings - mobile+SIM - SIM settings. I can see my carrier name, a combobox to select network and two mobile connection profiles. But whatever I change there, it doesn't work.

I've been searching the web but can't find any solution. Any idea about how to make this work again?

In cellular/sim you should see a toggle for "enable manual apn". Toggle on and you should be able to add and edit internet and mms apns

Unfortunately I don't have that toggle either.
