In my case, this was resolved by making sure that my Internet connection and settings were correct. First make sure that your PC is connected to the Internet. If it says that it is connected but the problem still persists, check whether you can or can't open the home page of the Store App. If the home page doesn't load (says some Error in Connection), then change your DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and the Alternate DNS Server to 8.8.8.4.
