how to flash lumia 925 in dead condition

after charging my phone got hanged .so i wait for battery down nd i put charge my lumia no vibrate nd can not on ,only windows icon blinking thts y i ask how to pit os in my lumia- 925

First thing to try would be a soft reset. (Hold down power and volume down for 10-15 secs)

give it some time to charge and then check again
