How do I get a hotspot on my Wind Mobile(Canada) Lumia 1020?

Wind Mobile(Canada) + Lumia 1020 = Can't hotspot

Hi

I have a lumia 1020 that I am using with Wind mobile and I noticed that I can't hotspot

1) If I go to "internet sharing" on my phone and try to turn it on I get

"there's no celluar data connection to share right now. check your cellular settings and signal, and try again"

I get this even when I can go right now and watch a youtube video or surf the net.

Hotspot sharing should be compatible with your carrier as well. Perhaps give them a call to make sure it's enabled on your plan.

Also you might want to check your APN settings to make sure they are correct.

Works fine on Rogers for me.

They said, everything is enabled on their end. I am having problems with MMS as well.
