How do I get back to what I was watching?

I opened a movie I downloaded from explorer and it opened in the "Movies & TV" app. So far, so good. Then I hit the back button in the corner to try to see if I could turn off the subtitles (turned out to be in the video stream itself, but irrelevant)
From here, how the heck do I get _back_ to what I was just watching? I can't see anything anywhere; no "Now playing", nothing.
