I bought my phone on the internet, it is a Verizon phone that was supposedly unlocked so I could use with my att plan but it has no internet when I have no wifi. What can I do

Write down the IMEI number of your phone. Call AT&T. Explain to them that you are having issues with data. They should be able to fix your issue.
