How do I get ie 11 to tab sync with phone?

I can view open desktop internet explorer tabs on my phone, but my phone is not showing up on the desktop to view my open phone tabs. How do I get it to show up?

If you have windows phone 8.1 developer preview on your windows phone , just open some tabs on your desktop /Home PC. Check your phone after sometime (2-3 min ? ) and when you tap on tabs , swipe right to see all the open tabs on your desktop PC.
