How do I get my Nokia lumia 900 to stop vibrating and going onto the speaker phone when I get incoming calls?

Nokia lumia 900 not ringing out and not giving audio out only vibrating

It only vibrate when a call comes in, it does not ring out. During a call, it cant go to outer speaker.
