How do i get rid of child locks to load apps??

I'm having alorra trouble just trying to down load apps zero success can't even download YouTube. Keeps coming up with family settings but can't get past the pig.

I have tried everything resetting phone changing d.o.b codes galore new accounts so many accepted invitations but nothing. Microsoft are the most hassle iv ever had. any1 else had success with this problem or shud I just exchange the phone?? Technology shud come with a health warning!!

Create and login to a fake or your parents account and in family settings add your msft account and change settings as per your requirement.
