how do i get windows 10 off my laptop

windows 10 is rubbish I want to revert back to windows 8.1

Click on Start - Settings - Recovery
there you will see the option to revert back to 8.1
you can successfully revert back to 8.1 provided
1. You did an upgrade (via windows update or ISO) and not a clean (format) install.
2. You have not used the disk cleanup utility to remove the previous OS files.
