How do I go back to Windows 8.1 have preview of windows 10 Pro

Having all kinds of problems with Blue screen and watch dog violation, can't resolve problems, not really a compute wiz

Download the Windows Phone recovery tool and go back to Windows 8.1
It would be about 1.7 gb.

Is it a windows phone you have or a windows pc??

If its a pc you have you got to go to setting update and recovery, go back to a previous version.
