How do I increase the font size on Alcatel Idol 4s

I just purchased this phone and cannot for the life of me find where to customize the font and size. Does anyone know if this can be done?

On my Lumia 950XL the font size kan be change in settings->Ease of Access->More Options->Text Scaling (by moving a slider). Should be the same in all WM10 devices. Another option is changing Settings->Display->Scale and Layout. But if you change this setting to anything other then recommended you should check that all apps you use display correctly to your liking after changing settings (outlook calender and other apps layout can change).
