Sometimes it seems the questions are just random words strung together. This is one of those.

Similarly, the answer Chintan linked to also seems to be a bunch of random words with no discernable meaning.

I have been a network tech and administrator since the 1980s and can't make heads or tails of either of them.

I believe the asker is wanting to modify the "hosts" file under >C: sys32>drivers>etc>hosts...
