How do I keep my screens from going black after a while

I upgraded from Windows 7pro to Windows 10. Three times since, when I was watching a YouTube video, my screens went black. Not like shut off, because they had a gray glow, but no image. I could hear the videos playing still, but could not get my display to return. When I finally manually shut the computer down and restart, the monitors are back again. I have an AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series graphics card and have checked for updated drivers. Any other suggestions?

How are you checking for upgraded drivers?

have you also checked for OS updates?
You mentioned monitors - you're using more than one screen?
