How do I log into the Windows Central app?

I've changed the password for my account with Windows Central (Mobile Nations). So, I logged off of the Windows Central app on my Lumia 950. Then tried to log back into it. I can't see anywhere at all, where I can do that. How is it done?

I think you swipe from the left to bring up a menu but, I do not have a Windows Mobile phone to check it anymore.
