How do I make calls using Viber app?

i have installed a viber on my smart phone but when i am trying to use i can not make a phone call i just receive and send a message. i won't know the problem

Are you trying to make a phone call via your data connection or Wi-Fi ? You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if it works. Once after an update my Viber wasn't working but then after a re-install everything started working fine.
