You can't post a new article, but you can email the editors with details of your story.

Click on the hamburger menu in the top left of the web page, and use the "Tip Us on News" link.

Bear in mind that you may not get a response and may not see your story published. The editorial team get many tips per day (of varying quality) and have to make a decision on what's newsworthy or not.
