How do I remove birthdays?

Hello, on my lock screen it's showing me someone's birthday, it does this alot, I have been to the Calender settings and turned off all things that would cause this, yet it's still on my lock screen but its not showing up on my actual Calender app. how do I stop this?

Check the lockscreen settings i.e. Settings >> lockscreen settings... May be you will find something there

Kill that person so they don't have any more birthdays, right?

Go to lockscreen settings and disable the Calendar from showing up on your lock screen.

Or you could do what fatclue_98 just said.

You can filter the birthday calendar if you open it not from you phone but directly at outlook.com website and then press settings.
