Remove Skype for Business from Windows 10

Skype for Business starts automatically on the Surface Pro. Add/Remove feature doesn't allow you to "change" the features of Office 2013 to stop it from starting. How can this be changed.

It is in the options in the app. Gear/Tools/Options/Personal/Start with Windows.
