Similar issue has been solved at microsoft forums , the solution is " right click on start button and select Device Manager from menu. In Device Manager, double click on Printers to expand list. If there are Unknown Devices, right click on each and uninstall them then right click anywhere in the windows and scan for hardware changes this should install default drivers"
though the above process helped multiple users to fix the issue , you can always other other possible solutions as well mentioned on the MS forums.
