Whenever I receive an audio on my Nokia Lumina 1320, I cannot save it on the phone. I can only listen to it on WhatsApp.

That is because WhatsApp still does not allow the saving of audio files. The developer of WhatsApp has to update the WhatsApp. But in the WhatsApp Beta this function is already added and we have to wait till this update is released to out WhatsApp.
