How do i solve my system32 pop up problem? (no virus, several scans)

I experience that my computer randomly starts a pop up window of the system32 console (the black one) its just about a 1-2 seconds and it disappears again. its too fast for me to read whats going on in the console... i made several Scans with my Anti-Virus program but found nothing.

So i made this sfc /scannow and no problem seem to be found...

So i made this sfc /scannow and no problem seem to be found...

is there anything wrong with your system generally? If not, I'm thinking that the console you see is related to a software that runs now and then
