once you sign in on the950 with the same email account, your contacts and messages should automatically start downloading. Photos - you can copy them over using a pc, using Bluetooth but this can take time or using onedrive to download them to the 950 in case you had been backing them up. I would suggest you copy them over as that's usually the fastest method

You can use the data Transfer app which is already installed on the phone.
