I have an Eye-Fi card in my camera that I use to transfer photos from my camera to my phone when traveling. Now that I'm home, I would like to transfer these photos to my desktop computer. Help!

Easy way: If you have already transferred to your android phone, then its easy to transfer to your PC via USB-Cable.
OR
Mention your Eye-Fi card brand. Maybe someone can help you to find out the compatible PC drivers for your PC.
