How do I unfreeze Microsoft Edge

My Microsoft Edge has frozen entirely. Nothing I touch on the page it is on responds, It is in the middle of a "save picture as" operation and nothing on that will close either. I cannot close it or go to anything on the page as nothing responds

Use Task Manager to close it.

if you are able to, try task manager as suggested
