How do I uninstall my battery saver app?

Problem with app : Battery saver not working

I have been facing a problem with battery saver app.

Something pops up saying that :
"Problem with app
Theres a problem with battery saver.First try to buy this app. If that doesnt work you may have to uninstall the app and install it again. "
But I am not able to uninstall it again.
I have tried soft restart also.

Is this the app you're trying to install?

What device are you using, and what OS version/firmware version are you running?

I am using windows lumia cyan and my mobile is lumia 720
This is not that app. The app I am having problem with came pre-installed when I bought the mobile.

I have attached a screenshot of the problem I am facing.
