What device do you have?
Did you upgrade from Windows 8.1?
If so, did you remove the previous Windows installation?
Do you have valid Windows 8 install media?
How long ago did you install Windows 10?
What have you done to correct any problems you have with Windows 10?

Personally, I'd try to work out any problems you have with Windows 10.
