how do I unistall windows 10 and reinstall I seem to have a lot of problems with it

My windows 10 does not seem to work properly should I uninstall then reinstall if so how do I do this

Do a search for reset this pc, and open the settings option, then on the screen there is an options to reset the pc, click get started and follow the instructions.

If for some reason search isnt showing it click start then click settings, then click update and security, then click recovery and you'll get to the same screen
