How do i update a Lumia 930 from the U.S.?

I bought a Lumia 930 from outside the U.S. and activated it with AT&T in the U.S., but how do i update it? since it is not a U.S. phone the carrier doesnt have updates. where do I get updates and how can i force one?

Regardless of the region, you should be able to update. It will prompt you when there is an update available. If you want to update to Windows 10 Mobile, download the "Upgrade Advisor" app from the store and run it. Then you should be able to have the update download.
