How do I upload an activity to Strava?

I've synced the accounts ok, Strava and MS Health (Band2 software)... but my activities don't show up in strava... how do I push them to Strava?

How long ago did you setup the connected services?

Seems like it only syncs updates after you connect your accounts. For instance, anything you do between syncing with Strava and now should show up. Before that doesn't seem to show.

Are we talking about new activities since the link was created? Or pre-link activities?

it was new activities, but it was only the first one that was lost... after that the syncing happens with no problems...
